THE BATTLE OF SECTION 9
CLASS II-III

The Section 9 of the French Broad is a classic run in Western North Carolina. Competitors will race the 4-mile section that is evenly dispersed with class II-III  rapids from Barnards to Stackhouse.  Shuttles will be provided. Helmets, PFDs, and closed toed shoes required. Shuttle will be provided by NOC from the NOC French Broad Outpost.
